Development Permit for a Reconfiguring a Lot (1 into 2 Lots). Approval was granted for two residential lots, retaining the existing dwelling house with frontage to Cemetery Road and creating a vacant residential lot with frontage to Huish Street. The proposed lots were designed to be consistent with the applicable provisions of the Ipswich Planning Scheme 2006 and the existing allotment pattern adjacent to the east. The application was prepared and lodged efficiently before being approved by Ipswich City Council.
