Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot (Code Assessment) for Subdivision from 1 Lot into 5 Lots and access/services easement. Bennett + Bennett designed the layout in consultation with the client and engineer, resulting in one lot retaining the existing dwelling house and four (4) vacant residential lots. This application was assessed and approved under Council’s expedited Risksmart Assessment path.
