INTRODUCING OUR BOARD MEMBERS

Our Board of Directors are elected by the Bennett + Bennett Partnership Group. With an established mandate for growth, the elected Board’s focus is to ensure our strategies are implemented in a measured and considered manner. Furthermore our Board oversees the stewardship of our resources and the leading of our people in a way that sets us up for Bennett + Bennett’s ongoing success.

The  board comprises of Craig Wood, Mark Billsborough, Ben Madden-Holmes, and Mark Fritsch. All Board members bring a wealth of expertise and experience with them and have previously held long-term roles within Bennett + Bennett, ensuring the company’s rich history and culture are at the forefront of every decision made by the Board going forward.

Craig Wood

CEO | Board Member
Craig is the CEO of Bennett +Bennet Practice and oversees the entire company’s operations and performance. Craig has a significant role for the entire company focusing on the overall growth in all areas. 

Mark Billsborough

Managing Director | Board Member
Mark is Bennett + Bennett's Managing Director and is a strong driving force for the company's growth, expansion of services and connection with a range of clients and client needs.

Mark Fritsch

Director | RM Gold Coast | Board Member
Mark is the Regional Manager of our Gold Coast Office and has a strong understanding of the survey challenges for large high rise construction and major projects throughout SE QLD – particularly the Gold Coast region.

Ben Madden-Holmes

Director | Board Member
Ben is a Board Member of Bennett + Bennett Holdings with 17+ years of experience in spatial services, business strategy, and governance. He has driven operations, mergers, and change management while overseeing business growth of several B+B Holdings companies. 





 

Grant Dearlove

Independent Chairman| Board Member
Grant is the Independent Chairman of Bennett + Bennett. A company director, corporate advisor and lawyer for over 30 years, Grant has a long history in the property sector as Managing Director of leading national and international real estate groups, Chairman of property funds, syndicates and developments. Grant oversees all governance and supports the company’s strategic direction.

Ben Millen

Partner | Brisbane Regional Manager
Ben is the Regional Manager of our Brisbane office and has a broad range of experience and capability. Ben specialises in survey, tenure, subdivision and cadastral titling strategy solutions for all type of developments, including complex mixed-use developments.

Matt Strahley

Partner | Major Projects Capability Manager
Matt has over fifteen years’ experience handling project management, supervision and onsite works relating to various large infrastructure projects in QLD, NSW & NT. Matt also has extensive experience in managing the technical aspects and commercial requirements for various projects.

Nicholas Glenn

Planning Manager (Gold Coast Office)
Nicholas is the Gold Coast Planning Manager at Bennett + Bennett with over eighteen years' experience in both the private and public development sectors.

Gemma Greenhalgh

Planning Manager (Brisbane Office)
Gemma leads the Brisbane office’s planning team at Bennett + Bennett. Gemma has over twenty years of town planning experience, predominantly in private sector consulting.

Liam Thierens

Partner | Spatial General Manager
Liam is an energetic professional who is passionate about applying the latest technology and expertise in all facets of surveying to provide the best project outcomes for clients. He is a Partner and leads Bennett + Bennett's spatial services team.

Damian Reardon

Associate | Principal Urban Designer 
Damian leads the Bennett + Bennett Urban Design team and has over 25 years’ experience in the property development sector providing urban design advice and solutions to a broad range of project types and scale.

Rod Cox

Partner | Acting Northern Rivers Regional Manager 
Rod has over 25 years’ experience in the Development space.  Ranging from Infrastructure to Subdivisions and Towers, Rod has been involved in early inception, delivery and final hand over.  Rod’s key ability includes navigating titling and project solutions to client’s needs.  Having been raised in the Northern Rivers, Rod is now overseeing the operations while retaining his key Gold Coast role.  

Corey James

Partner | RM Sunshine Coast 
Corey is a registered Consulting Cadastral Surveyor with over 30 years of invaluable experience in the Surveying Industry.  He specialises in cadastral, construction and development consultancy and also leads our Sunshine Coast Operations.
