Bennett + Bennett delivered surveying, plan sealing and urban design services for the Calli development; a notable infill project at the foothills of Upper Coomera. This project marks the first approved development in the Upper Coomera land release. The development consists of 196 residential lots across two stages, with lot sizes ranging from 400sqm to 1136sqm. The urban design was meticulously crafted to harmonise with the site's natural contours, balancing topography, environmental features and varying precinct densities. Each stepped lot offers a unique vantage point with views over the surrounding valley.
