The Cove , Pelican Waters is developed by Henzell Property Group, guided by one of the most influential families shaping development on the Sunshine Coast. The Cove development is a multi-stage mixed use development designed over a 2.65 hectare parcel of land within the Pelican Waters community. Bennett + Bennett have worked with the client and solicitor to develop a titling structure that uniquely serves the needs of this project. The defined titling solution assisted in de-risking certain phases of the development and bringing forward plan sealing milestones with Council. A number of land management reconfigurations have taken place and a Building Management Statement (BMS) has been established to manage the interrelationships between the several individual Community Title Schemes (CTS) for each of the residential and commercial buildings within the development.
