The Hyperdome is one of Australia’s largest single storey shopping centres with a total retail space of 81,000m² The Hyperdome is the largest shopping centre in Logan City. In 2015 the centre received a $17 million upgrade to the southern end creating a new area called The Market Room featuring fresh food and health product retailers. Bennett + Bennett have worked with QIC on the Hyperdome site providing surveying services and lease plans for tenancies for many years. Our team of Laser Scanning specialists, modellers and data managers are uniquely positioned to provide highly versatile, safe and robust methods for the acquisition, and management of precise and rich 3D data for the project. Our team captured a dense colour point cloud throughout the fashion mall, food court and of the centres roof structure. From this we built a file in accordance with the architect’s specified Revit family library.
