A striking $700 million development spanning across two towers – fusing accommodation and private residences with an impressive range of facilities. The Hilton Hotel is a highly sophisticated development which incorporates two unique towers located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The first tower, THE 32-level Boulevard Tower includes 186 apartments over retail shops. The second tower includes retail facilities and a 169 room Hilton Hotel to level 15. The second tower then merges into 224 residences up to level 57. The 4,500m² retail component includes a mix of dining, shopping and high-end boutiques. Bennett + Bennett were highly influential in the creation of the unique titling structure to assist in the management of ownership, the mix of uses and special rights. Bennett + Bennett’s unmatched experience in Volumetric and Community Title Subdivision was a critical component in the success of the project. We were also an integral part of the construction process by providing accurate and timely construction control, monitoring and as-constructed surveys.
