Bennett & Bennett are pleased to have assisted our client with achieving a development approval for the reconfiguration of 148 residential lots in Burnett Heads, Bundaberg. The project aimed to re-envision an old, unconstructed ‘paper subdivision’ into a modern community, featuring a local recreational park that blends seamlessly with the existing urban landscape. In addition to the park, the development focuses on creating a well-integrated, cohesive neighbourhood that respects and enhances the character of Burnett Heads. This development is expected to significantly contribute to the ongoing activation of Burnett Heads, attracting new residents and visitors alike.
