The Cove , Pelican Waters is developed by Henzell Property Group, guided by one of the most influential families shaping development on the Sunshine Coast. The Cove development is a multi-stage mixed use development designed over a 2.65 hectare parcel of land within the Pelican Waters community.
Bennett + Bennett have worked with the client and solicitor to develop a titling structure that uniquely serves the needs of this project. The defined titling solution assisted in de-risking certain phases of the development and bringing forward plan sealing milestones with Council. A number of land management reconfigurations have taken place and a Building Management Statement (BMS) has been established to manage the interrelationships between the several individual Community Title Schemes (CTS) for each of the residential and commercial buildings within the development.
Our team are also providing Evans Built with construction control surveys for all structures being built throughout the early stages of the project.
