Bennett + Bennett is thrilled to share exciting updates about its Sunshine Coast operations for 2025.
Our Sunshine Coast operations have experienced significant growth over several years and is poised for continued success as the largest survey firm within the region. This growth and success are a testament to the dedication of our staff and leadership team as they have effectively served the needs of our clients throughout the region.
Bennett + Bennett Holdings continues to drive its current strategy forward and as part of this we are implementing a few changes to our local leadership team.
Current Bennett + Bennett partner, Corey James, will step into the role of Regional Manager for our Sunshine Coast operations. Corey has over twenty years of experience in the development industry and holds key leadership roles within this sector and the local community. He currently serves on the Sunshine Coast UDIA Committee and the Sunshine Coast Biosphere Community Advisory Group. His experience, character, professionalism, and drive established him as a natural fit to lead our Sunshine Coast operations into its next season of growth.
Meanwhile Ben Madden-Holmes, Director and Board Member of Bennett + Bennett Holdings will take on a broader role in the supervision and growth of several Bennett + Bennett Holdings companies. Whilst actively helping to grow these new businesses, Ben will maintain his base on the Sunshine Coast, serving on the Property Council of Australia Sunshine Coast Committee and continuing to provide consulting services and delivery outcomes for his high-profile projects and clients active across the region. Ben’s experience in establishing and growing our Sunshine Coast operations over the last thirteen years, as well as his strategic insights will help Bennett + Bennett Holdings to successfully deliver on its broader business goals, whilst Ben maintains his status as one of the top surveying consultants on the Sunshine Coast.
