On Friday 8 March, Bennett + Bennett hosted an event on International Women's Day in partnership with QENDO to raise awareness and support for those affected by endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, pelvic pain and infertility. After initial presentations, the afternoon was taken over by trivia relating to women’s health and achievements throughout history – a topic that served to educate all attendees on the complexity and severity of abdominal health issues women face and significant contributions to society. Along with QENDO, Bennett + Bennett were delighted to collaborate with various local businesses who generously contributed prizes for the raffle in support of the cause. In the dining space, Naim Restaurant and Elementi Restaurant both donated dining experiences, whilst Mirchi Indian Restaurant offed up a 3 course experience lunch experience for four people to show their support. Stokes Lawyers generously donated a $150 coffee voucher and if fitness is more your thing, Studio Pilates and P.E Department gym both promoted wellness with $400 worth of experiences. Taking up the adrenaline level, Premier Dance Academy provided a term of classes and Urban Climb provided four passes to their gym. Our host for the evening, Warehouse 25, contributed their very own distilled gin hamper. The grand prize for the event featured a $500 voucher from Soak Bathhouse, donated by Bennett + Bennett. The afternoon was not just about prizes and donations; it was about coming together to raise awareness and make a difference. Through entry and raffle ticket sales, the event raised an impressive $4,000 to be donated to QENDO, fuelling support for women that suffer with a wide range of abdominal health issues. Bennett + Bennett extends heartfelt thanks to all the participating businesses and attendees. Your contributions and support have made a tangible impact, helping to raise awareness and support for women's health. Together, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women.
