Our drafting manager Adam is ready to get stuck into 2024 having completed some further professional development training last year as a part of our B+B Leadership Program. New initiatives include dedicated portfolio’s for each of the drafting team as well as the return of David Lee to our drafting team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. His expertise will undoubtedly bolster our efforts as we embark on ambitious projects and initiatives throughout the year.
In our commitment to excellence, each team member has been entrusted with specific portfolios and focus areas for 2024. Sean, our seasoned veteran, will lead the charge on volumetric and infrastructure projects, serving as the linchpin for major endeavours such as the CRR project and other large-scale developments. Meanwhile, Ben will take on the mantle of NSW Specialist, spearheading efforts to refine our processes and templates for our NSW office, alongside Marcus, to build a comprehensive sample plan library and conduct vital research and development for CAD tools.
Stephen, leveraging his extensive background in DA works, will play a pivotal role in navigating the complexities of contract plans, with a particular focus on strata projects. His expertise will also extend to providing invaluable support and training to our Sunshine Coast office, ensuring seamless operations across all fronts.
David’s return marks a significant milestone for us, as he leads our CAD research and development efforts. His customisation knowledge will help bring to life Adam’s enhanced vision for our SP & IS Generators and further develop our custom CAD tools. This promises to revolutionise our workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy to unprecedented levels.
In addition to our internal endeavours, we’ve remained actively engaged in industry discussions surrounding the updates to the Cadastral Survey Regulations issued by the Department of Resources late last year. Staying abreast of regulatory changes is crucial to our commitment to maintaining industry standards and compliance.
