It's no secret that the northern Gold Coast is set to receive an influx of new infrastructure to support its growing populace, one of which is the $1.3 billion Coomera Hospital. 
This state-of-the-art facility, part of the Queensland Government's Building Future Hospitals program, will introduce 404 new beds across various specialties, including surgical, medical, ambulatory, sub-acute, and mental health care. As the community continues to expand, the hospital will ensure that residents have access to essential and high-quality medical services close to home.

Engaged on the project since December 2023, Bennett + Bennett's involvement in the Coomera Hospital project includes a broad range of services essential for the progression of the site’s development. These services encompass earthworks, civil set out, volume calculations, foundation construction set out and as-builts. Through our expertise in aerial photogrammetry, surveying, and building construction—particularly within the healthcare sector—we are committed to ensuring that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

The new Coomera Hospital is more than just a construction project; it is a development that will have lasting benefits for the local community. The hospital will significantly expand healthcare access, catering to a wide range of medical needs to alleviate the pressure on existing facilities and ensure that residents receive the comprehensive care they require.
