The $100 million 10-storey Maroochy Private Hospital is being developed by Fortius Health and Barwon Investment Partners within the Sunshine Coast’s Maroochydore CBD. Bennett + Bennett have worked with the Essence Project Management and Hopscotch Projects to assist in titling and sealing matters pertaining to hiving out the underlying freehold lot from the broader CBD balance parcel. Our team are also providing McNab with lease surveys and construction control surveys for the coordinated delivery of the structure. The Maroochy Private Hospital located on the corner of South Sea Islander Way and Market Lane, will deliver over 10,000m2 of Net Lettable Area (NLA) tenancy space over it’s 10 storey’s and further add to the vibrancy of the Sunshine Coast CBD.
