Sam comes to Bennett + Bennett as a Senior Town Planner after 8 years immersed in Gold Coast City Council’s development assessment and special projects team.
Sam brings together his innate knowledge of the Gold Coast City Council’s planning system, his local knowledge of the region and his expert planning skills from site selection, feasibility, due diligence through to project advocacy and approvals to de-risk and safeguard the success of your project.
Sam specialises in varying types and scales of development, including aged care and retirement, medium and high rise residential, mixed-use, shopping centres, commercial, industrial, restaurants and bars, residential subdivisions, child care and community uses.
Damian Reardon
Senior Urban Designer

Damian Reardon is a Senior Urban Designer with over 15 years experience across Queensland and beyond. Damian is instrumental in providing tailored urban design and visualisation solutions for a range of projects – from making small constrained multiple dwelling sites feasible through to designing 4000 lot master planned developments He specialises in residential, mixed use and industrial developments and provides valuable input into the upfront feasibility phase of our clients’ projects from site identification and selection through to yield analysis.
Damian’s proven ability to understand clients’ needs and interpret appropriate and practical solutions within the natural and built form provides an important value add for all projects.
