  • Development Permit for Material Change of Use for Showroom and Warehouse (impact assessable); and
  • Development Permit for Material Change of Use for Warehouse (code assessable)

 

Building A comprises 3,635m² floor area with Building B comprising 3,595m². Bennett and Bennett worked closely with its team of consultants and Council officers to achieve a successful approval for the client.
