Bennett + Bennett have a proud history working with Coomera Anglican College assisting with a variety of town planning and surveying works dating back almost 20 years.

Of recent note, we have secured a new Master Plan for the College through approval from the Gold Coast City Council (GCCC) in early November this year.

The Master Plan has been compiled to provide site-specific development outcomes to support future built form and landscape works as emphasised by the supporting Architectural Guidelines created by Burling Brown Architects

The core principle of the ‘Coomera Anglican College Development Code’ (the CACDC Master Plan) is to ensure that all future development is achieved without the need to seek further approvals from Council and to minimise the works required to support accepted development. This is a momentous outcome as it will allow a streamlined development process for future development works, reducing costs, providing confidence in the college’s ability to evolve and improve its facilities.

The college has worked hard to create a world-leading educational facility which will infinitely benefit from the unfettered ability to grow/expand, to keep pace with the ever-changing needs of a modern, technologically advanced educational system in order to compete on an international level. The Master Plan will allow this to become a reality.

Our greatest appreciation goes out to Coomera Anglican College for their continued support and faith in our services.

We equally acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the consulting team and Council with an honourable mention to Burling Brown Architects for their tireless support through this process.
