Reflection Cove is located within the broader Emporio masterplan layered Community Title Scheme (CTS) within Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. This mixed-use development comprises 94 Residential units and 2 commercial lots and multi storey carparking.
Bennett + Bennett was brought in by RCQ Developments to work with the development team to reconfigure the pre-existing volumetric lots to suit a revised design outcome for the project. Our in-depth knowledge of layered CTS arrangements allowed us to clearly define the titling strategy for the client and the titling steps needed to allow them to integrate their latest vision for the site into the existing ownership structure of the broader site.
We have delivered Survey titling consultation, cadastral plans and reconfiguration applications to Council for RCQ Developments. In addition to this we have undertaken all construction control surveys necessary to deliver the built structure.
