HQ Sippy Downs is the first major Mixed-Use development being delivered into the Sippy Downs Principal Centre Zone. This staged project delivers an excellent Mixed-Use outcome for the area including an engaged streetscape with retail and commercial, multiple floors of commercial offering, a 120-place childcare centre and 46 residential units.
Bennett + Bennett was brought in by Devcon Property Group to work with their development team, Legal and Body Corporate consultants to establish an effective Titling solution governed by Building Management Statement (BMS) for this site. The final titling structure has allowed orderly delivery of the project whilst managing the varying interests of the site. Our structure and titling process also facilitates staged plan sealing and titles registration which benefits the cash flows of the project’s delivery.
Bennett + Bennett is also engaged in the Construction Control surveys to assist in the effective delivery of the structures for the site.
