A striking $700 million development spanning across two towers – fusing accommodation and private residences with an impressive range of facilities.
The Hilton Hotel is a highly sophisticated development which incorporates two unique towers located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The first tower, 32 level Boulevard Tower includes 186 apartments over retail shops. The second tower includes retail facilities and a 169 room Hilton Hotel to level 15. The second tower then merges into 224 residences up to level 57.
The 4,500m² retail component includes a mix of dining, shopping and high-end boutiques. Bennett + Bennett were highly influential in the creation of the unique titling structure to assist in the management of ownership, the mix of uses and special rights.
Bennett + Bennett’s unmatched experience in Volumetric and Community Title Subdivision was a critical component in the success of the project. We were also an integral part of the construction process by providing accurate and timely construction control, monitoring and as-constructed surveys.
