Danya Cook
Principal Town Planner

Danya grew up on the Sunshine Coast and has over 15 years of industry experience in the region holding a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England. Danya’s local knowledge and her expert planning skills have gained her great exposure to the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Noosa Shire Council, Gympie Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council amongst others. With that, Danya has established a valuable network of connections within the industry including key staff in the regions’ local and state governments.

Danya’s town planning and development advisory experience is diverse and includes residential subdivision, aged care and retirement, medium and high rise residential, mixed-use, shopping centres, commercial, industrial and community uses.

Damian Reardon
Senior Urban Designer

Damian Reardon – is a Senior Urban Designer at Bennett + Bennett with over 20 years’ experience within the property development sector. Damian has extensive urban design expertise having worked on a broad range of notable projects across a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, sports and recreation and mixed-use projects.

Damian has valuable experience with site analysis, master planning, project visioning, structure and concept planning, detailed sub-division design, due diligence, yield estimates, design guidelines, codes and stakeholder workshops. Damian’s proven ability to understand client’s needs and interpret appropriate solutions within the natural and built form provides an important value add for all projects.
