In our 55th year, we have flown the Gold Coast Skyline to record the major development projects we have been on since we began in 1968. We don’t believe we have recorded them all so what you see is what we have good records of, while others we will research over time.
For ‘The Points’, we have highlighted 5 great locations – Coolangatta, Kirra, Palm Beach and Burleigh Heads to the South and Main Beach at the Northern end of the Gold Coast.
The images capture our city at its best with the development in the middle, the beautiful beaches and ocean in the foreground, and our gorgeous hinterland in the background. You could say that our city sits between the Green and the Gold! We Bennett + Bennett, have played a major role in the high-rise development of the Gold Coast in those 55 years.
We are proud of our history and connection to the Gold Coast and the imagery above shows what a beautifulplace we live in.

Developed by Niecon Developments and built by Matrix, Tower 1 was built in 2005 (Tower 1 – Reflections on the Sea) and Tower 2 was built in 2008.
Magnolia apartments highlight the demand for quality apartments down the southern end of the Gold Coast.
