Jacque Tait
Principal Town Planner

Jacque leads the Brisbane planning team and brings over 10 years of planning experience in predominantly private sector consulting and with local government experience. Jacque has exceptional knowledge and understanding of Queensland planning legislation and has worked on a broad range of projects including many high profile, complex and large projects from project inception, managing the development process and consultant team through to securing successful development approval and conditions compliance coordination and plan sealing.

Jacque prides herself on establishing excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants and government personnel. Jacque is a people person and thrives in the role of mentor as well as technical expert.

Damian Reardon
Principal Urban Designer

Damian Reardon has over 20 years’ urban design experience in the property development sector and has extensive urban design expertise having worked on a broad range of notable and large projects across residential, commercial, industrial, sports and recreation and mixed-use sectors.

Damian has valuable experience with site analysis, master planning, project visioning, structure and concept planning, detailed sub-division design, due diligence, yield estimates, design guidelines, codes and stakeholder workshops. Damian’s proven ability to understand client’s needs and interpret appropriate solutions within the natural and built form provides an important value add for all projects.
