Shayher Group has engaged us to handle the complex Volumetric and Strata Subdivisions required for the development. Brisbane Quarter encompasses an entire city block with views of the river and is expected to be completed by 2018.
The precinct will include:

The mixed-use nature is unique. Tenants of the office tower (aka. 300 George Street) will have direct access to a wide array of on-site amenities, including a food and drink precinct, alfresco dining, premium accommodation, 2 levels of spa facilities at W Hotel, a rooftop park land and much more.
