Complex volumetric lot creation for Queen’s Wharf development showcased at QSSC17.

Bennett + Bennett are proud to have recently presented at the annual Queensland Surveying and Spatial Conference 2017

Robert McCabe (Senior Associate / Project Manager) and Michael Singerl (Senior Surveyor) provided a snapshot of the cadastral component of the Queen’s Wharf project. The primary focus was on how and why the complex volumetric lots were created over the Integrated Resort Development (IRD) site, including a 1km stretch of the Riverside Expressway.

QSSC17 is an annual showcase of spatial knowledge and technology that offers a unique platform for spatial community members to network, share ideas and learn about the latest innovations and advancements. This year’s conference focused on navigating disruption and uncertainty with greater confidence through the latest spatial trends, professional knowledge and technology.
