Avalon by Mosaic
Winner of the UDIA QLD Design Excellence Award 2018, Avalon by Mosaic is a Mixed-Use development located in a prime position between Duporth Avenue and the Maroochy River. The development comprises a Residential Scheme (93 residential units over two 8 -Storey Towers) and a Commercial Scheme (Retail / Commercial Lots).
Bennett + Bennett were engaged by the client early in the project to establish an effective titling strategy for land management and subsequent titling and secondary interest surveys during the development delivery process. Bennett + Bennett have also undertaken Dilapidation assessment reporting and Construction Control Surveys for Mosaic Construction.
