$73 million redevelopment which included an additional 8,900m² of floor space, 200 extra car parks & a casual dining precinct with alfresco dining.
Bennett + Bennett were involved in the redevelopment project from the beginning by providing detail, surveys, as-constructed surveys and civil construction control. In addition we were also responsible for preparing proposal and registered survey plans for lot amalgamations, new roads and secondary interests.
After completion of the redevelopment, the client requested an as-constructed survey of the perimeter facade. Bennett + Bennett provided a 3D scan of the building to assist in spatially defining all major structures and features in a 3D context. The point cloud data could then be modelled and utilised for clash detection and coordination of future design with the existing structure.
