In our 55th year, we have flown the Gold Coast Skyline to record the major development projects we have been on since we began in 1968. We don’t believe we have recorded them all so what you see is what we have good records of, while others we will research over time. The images capture our city at its best with the development in the middle, the beautiful beaches and ocean in the foreground, and our gorgeous hinterland in the background. You could say that our city sits between the Green and the Gold! We Bennett + Bennett, have played a major role in the high-rise development of the Gold Coast in those 55 years.

Key Project – Historic: Paradise Centre, since the late 1970’s

We have a long history with the Paradise Centre going back to the late 1970’s when we provided survey set out during its construction and were a major part in the legislation set up that was established just for the Centre which included a hotel, Apartments and a Shopping Centre.

We are still actively involved in the Centre today.
